Ordering art
What am I buying?
A Frequency of Love fine-art print is a physical print of one of Zoë’s contemporary collage artworks. The product page identifies the artwork, available dimensions and whether any details are specific to that piece.
What paper is used?
Retail fine-art prints use Master’s Edition archival paper: matte, uncoated, natural white to off-white, acid-free, 250 gsm and FSC-certified.
Will the colour look exactly like my screen?
Reasonable care is taken to represent each artwork accurately. Screens, ambient light, paper and print conditions can create normal differences in colour and tone.
How can I compare print sizes?
The Size & Framing guide shows the confirmed dimensions and a simple relative-scale comparison.
View Size & FramingIs framing included?
Frames and mounts are not included unless an individual listing says otherwise. Use the stated print dimensions when choosing a frame, and ask the studio before ordering if an exact specification will affect your decision.
Delivery and returns
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within approximately 3–5 days, including production and delivery. Your estimate is shown before payment. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
How are prints packaged?
Artwork is protected according to its size and delivery route. Keep the artwork and all packaging if a parcel arrives damaged so the studio can assess the problem and arrange the appropriate remedy.
Can I return a non-personalised print?
For eligible non-personalised online goods, notify Frequency of Love within 14 days after receipt. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Contact the studio before sending anything back so the correct return instructions can be provided.
Read Delivery & ReturnsWhat if an order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If an order arrives damaged, contact the studio within 14 days of delivery with clear photographs of the print, packaging and shipping label where useful. Once verified, a replacement print will be arranged.

What is included in the £110 commission?
The standard offer includes an unframed A3 custom portrait for up to three people, two initial design directions, one refinement, a proof for approval and one A3 fine-art print. No printable digital file is included unless agreed in writing.
Can more than three people be included?
Yes. Additional people are £5 each, up to eight people through the standard form. For more than eight people, contact the studio before ordering.
What commission extras are available?
The confirmed options are an A2 print upgrade for £40 and additional A3 printed copies for £25 each.
What kind of photograph should I provide?
Use the highest-resolution version available. Original camera files and clear scans generally contain more useful detail than screenshots or social-media downloads. If you are unsure, send the image through Check My Photograph First before paying.
Check My Photograph FirstHow long does a commission take?
Your two initial design directions will be prepared within up to 5 working days once payment, a suitable photograph and the information needed to begin have been received. After you approve the final proof and the portrait is dispatched, delivery normally takes 3–6 working days.
Can I change my mind after work begins?
You may request cancellation before personalised design work begins. Once Zoë starts creating the design, the order cannot be cancelled because it is made specifically for you. Rights relating to faulty, damaged or not-as-described work remain separate.
