Using the website.

You may browse the site, learn about Zoë’s practice, review artwork and submit enquiries for personal or professional purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use its content unlawfully.

Availability of a page, artwork or enquiry route does not by itself create a contract, licence, exclusivity arrangement or professional engagement.

Artwork, descriptions and colour.

Product pages identify the artwork, format, dimensions, materials and available options that apply to that piece. Room settings and interior visualisations are illustrative; rely on the stated dimensions when choosing scale.

Reasonable care is taken to represent artwork accurately. Screens, ambient light, paper and print conditions can create normal differences in colour and tone.

Prices

Current prices and any available options are shown with the relevant artwork or service. Frequency of Love is not currently VAT registered. Delivery and other confirmed charges must be shown before a customer commits to payment.

Orders, acceptance and payment.

Before submitting an order, customers should review the artwork, size, personalisation choices, delivery information, shop policies and total shown.

Browsing this website, saving an item or sending an enquiry does not by itself place an order. Frequency of Love will not ask customers to send complete card details by ordinary email.

Production and delivery.

Many products are produced or prepared after ordering. Any production or delivery estimate is guidance unless a specific deadline has been expressly agreed.

Most orders arrive within approximately 3–5 days, including production and delivery. Your estimate is shown before payment. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Available delivery destinations, charges and the estimate applying to a particular order are shown in the Etsy listing or during checkout.

Cancellations, returns and refunds.

For eligible non-personalised goods ordered online, notify Frequency of Love within 14 days after receiving the goods. You then have a further 14 days to return them.

Contact the studio before returning an item so the correct instructions can be provided. For a change-of-mind return, the customer is normally responsible for return delivery unless Frequency of Love confirms otherwise.

Handle returned work carefully and package it securely. Where legally permitted, a deduction may be made if handling beyond what is necessary reduces the value of the goods.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within the applicable legal period. Where required, the original standard outbound delivery is refunded; an additional amount paid for an upgraded service need not be.

Personalised commissions are different.

Portrait commissions are made to an individual specification. You may request cancellation before personalised design work begins. Once Zoë starts creating the design, the order cannot be cancelled because it is made specifically for you.

Personalisation may affect ordinary change-of-mind rights once personalised work has begun. Nothing in these terms removes rights relating to faulty, damaged or not-as-described goods or services.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.

If an order arrives damaged, contact the studio within 14 days of delivery with clear photographs of the print, packaging and shipping label where useful. Once verified, a replacement print will be arranged.

An appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, reprint, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable rights.

Copyright and website content.

Buying a physical artwork does not transfer copyright. Artwork and website content may not be copied, scanned, reproduced, distributed, placed on products or used commercially without written permission.

The lawful resale of a physical artwork does not transfer copyright to the new owner. Retailers and commercial partners should use the Trade route for systematic resale, licensing or collaboration.

Responsibility and statutory rights.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumer purchases are intended for personal and domestic use unless a separate commercial agreement says otherwise.

Frequency of Love is not responsible for losses caused solely by information a customer supplies incorrectly where the business has taken reasonable steps based on that information.
